Work out more will have to be able to lift 10 kg comfortable again. do abs. and walk a lot more since i feel a pain in my foot. my achilles heel is getting tighter and i walk on the edge of my foot again i can feel. So concentrate on walking more straight and better. I don't want to have another surgery.. It sucks
and ofcourse my main goal. to get money enough to have a healthy "second" income for my pleasures. (Going to the movies etc etc) nothing life changing just have money to go see a movie or ordering a pizza hehe.
I will post graphs and hands. Mostly on bad days. Put the bad hands up and get them out of my mind. write a little about how bad i played or variance is shit .. This is my way of getting my anger and everything out. So ill be able to be calm playing and in life.
